Atleticka residential house

The group of buildings is designed on the edge of the terrain. The striking tower quotes the volume of the neighboring Baroque farmhouse, yet the chief mass is formed by a trivial, three-storied industrial structure, entirely of glass and wrapped in a kind of jardiniere of metal with vines growing on it. As such, the entire structure becomes a giant bower, changing its colour and form according to the season. A system of individual staircases allows residents to change the size of their flats,
to allow each flat direct access from the promenade, from its own garden, and from the separate garages. Also parts of the complex are freestanding villas.
