New Florenc connects and integrates the urban fabric while developing its own unique character. It integrates the city's diverse neighbourhoods and develops a new genius loci within its framework. The new structure is in close proximity to the historic centre and reinforces and respects the surrounding context. The urban design is based on the human scale and involves intricate stories and interpretations. It creates a continuous and changing city full of excitement and surprises with wonderfully diverse and vibrant public spaces that encourage walking and cycling. The transport hub is developed as a hub for social and cultural exchange and functions as a dynamic and well-functioning urban centre and gateway to Prague. Resilient and compact urban district proactively responds to climate change, active green-blue infrastructure is fully integrated into the organism of the city and the citywide network of green connections. New Florenc is a revitalised place where everyone can work, live and enjoy the values of an inclusive, sustainable and healthy locality. An exceptional central location with everything the city has to offer.
