We drew our inspiration for the concept of the Simsim multi-function centre from one of the most famous fairytales of Arabian Nights (One Thousand and One Nights) - Alibaba and 40 Thieves.
The intoxicant feeling when Alibaba founds himself in the Simsim's entrails and may suddenly choose from the plentiful treasures and valuables - this is the feeling we want to convey from the fairytale to the real world.
We want the future customers immerse into the Simsim multi-function centre as in to a mysterious mountain and in its canyons, stone and ice caves become hooked on the excitement of selecting from the endless number of goods and services.
We built on the fact that shopping is one of the most widespread types of entertainment of our time. This is why we want to comply with these wishes and turn visiting to Simsim into an event of pure entertainment. We want entertainment, shopping, and services mix in one. Visitors come here with their whole family and may spend the whole day here, because it will be attractive both to children and adults.
For individual segments are not separated here as in other casual shopping centres; on the contrary, they mingle. There is not a separate shopping mall, a specialised theme park, or specialised food court here, because all this is in fact part of one entertainment park. Even immediately at the entrance to the parking they feel like entering a mysterious mountain. When people enter the shopping mall, they in fact enter an arranged world of caves and canyons where they find fun attractions, shops, restaurants. They may spend a night in a hotel, may work, enjoy sport facilities, or live here. All this in the Simsim Magical Mystery World.
When they are leaving the Simsim with their car full of treasures and their hearts full of experiences they are looking forward to come back and say again: "Open Simsim!"
