The area development lies at the western end of town Velké Přítočno. Long-distance is the barrier between existing and proposed housing as well as rapid transit which obstructs a way-through to the landscape.
Generally, the proposal explores to unite both urban developments with all respects to the existing town. It doesn't remove any vibrant urban life of the centre but, on the contrary, it applies and adds new layers of activities and actions for inhabitants of the entire area. Both developments are in mutual symbiosis when help from each other without affection.

The impressive family houses sit here around a 'village square' with a pond, in the shadow of giant warehouses and manufacturing plants where polluting vehicles are carrying goods, continuously... The town may give the impression of a mad experiment made by Frankenstein. It's a losing battle. Representatives of the Gulliver's world with their importance turn it all to their advantage. What can we do about this? Likely, a way out is to invite another actor, a new one, 'who' is full of potential without any local memories.
